Summary: I accidentally booked the handicap room. Did not realize I did that. Bed was not comfortable. It’s about a foot off the ground. There were lots of people with pets. There was dog poop on grass and dog poop in hallways from owners not picking up. And dog pee in the elevator.

Summary: There are no staff available after 5 PM. You have to check in through a kiosk with poor service if there’s room problems or problems within the room such as TV not working there are no staff available to help. No coffee in the room or in the hotel or breakfast.
